2023 Roadmap

No-one is probably going to read because I haven’t told anyone about the new website, but hey, I like talking to myself.
The website is almost done!! Can’t wait to fill the store up with cool stuff and start posting stuff :3

2022 was painful (literally) having to struggle with my arms being in so much pain to the point that I can’t sculpt, and also having to struggle with the aftermath of the pandemic. All that led to me having to do extra jobs to get by and it took a lot of energy out of me.
Last complaint: I had to spend a LOT of money to fix my physical pain and also fix my electronics. Stuff just kept breaking down. But alas, all worth it in the end. This new camera rocks!
Finally, I feel like I can try to stand on my own two feet now. Optimism is not my forte (I blame experience), but I do feel better about this year because there is no where else to go except up now LOL. Hello bottom bucket crabs.

2023 came quickly and I want to try my best to focus on healing my body so I can create more fun things. I am eternally thankful to be able to work from home making things I like and I want to put my all in it but also not throw it because I hurt my own body.

Here’s the main points for my 2023 roadmap:
1. Have at least 50 listings (10 fan-art related) in store.
2. Improve product photography.
3. Start posting on social media like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
4. Try to booth once at a small anime convention.
5. Make name cards.
6. Create own packaging.
7. Make quarterly (4x a year) limited edition items.

I hope I can achieve them and bring joy to whoever purchases my items.
I used to be able to churn out items in large quantities quick but ever since I developed some physical issues, I found myself slowing down a whole lot but it also allowed me to focus and put a ton of thought into every step and every process.
Now I slow down myself on purpose so I can do every process with sincerity and mindfulness, and I hope it shows in my products 🙂

I wish anyone who reads this a happy new year and much peace to you.

Sincerely,
Jyun
